It’s Monday and it’s snowing here in Chicago. The sky is a little darker, the days are a little shorter, and only one thing has me excited for this upcoming winter……Halo Infinite’s impending December release. That’s right, the new Halo game is something I have been waiting for anxiously as I prepare for my first winter here in the tundra (Chicago). I’ve assembled a squad of friends looking to immerse themselves into the online battlefield with me, and that type of companionship is something I have been lacking in the video game world since the early days of Fortnite.
But that all changed today. While perusing the Twittersphere, I came across a tweet. And this tweet made my heart stop:
Season 1: Heroes of Reach officially begins today. All of your Battle Pass progression, Spartan customization, and shop purchases will carry over from the beta to the full release of #HaloInfinite.

BAM. To celebrate twenty years of Halo: Combat Evolved, we are blessed with what is basically the full version of multiplayer, albeit with a few more kinks than usual.
It’s time to relive the glory days. If anyone is trying to squad up, add me on Xbox Live: Santore43. Happy fragging!
