We are big Craig Reynolds fans here at Branded Sports. Why? Two reasons…
1. Craig played football at Kutztown University. The school where 4 Branders (KMess, CEO Joe, Walsh & Kelsey went to, 3 of which graduated. (You guess who didn’t.)
2. Craig joined KMess & CEO Joe on Branded Radio during last football season.

Craig had played for two NFL team’s prior to this season. Washington & Jacksonville. Getting regular season action for the Jags in 2020.

This off-season Craig has continued to work his ass off, preparing for a call from another team.

Well… He got the call, from 8 mile. AKA, the Detroit Lions.
#Lions have signed free agent running back Craig Reynolds and released CB Quinton Dunbar.

Reynolds signed with the team on Thursday & was playing in a preseason game on Friday. Not even having enough time to meet most of his new teammates.
NY POST “I introduced myself in the huddle at one point,” Reynolds told reporters after the game. “They were like, ‘Yo, what’s your name?’ A couple coaches introduced themselves to me on the sideline during the game. It’s definitely crazy, but like I said, they just made it real easy.”
After introducing himself, the former Golden Bear great went to work… Leading the Lions in rushing with 49 yards and…

What a run. What a way to make a first impression!!

Craig is gonna make it in this league one way or another and the Lions head coach agrees.
NY POST “It’s impressive. It really is,” Lions coach Dan Campbell said of Reynolds. “And he’s kind of a guy who, we’ll see where this goes, but he’s got that look in his eye, and he did when he walked in [Thursday] and you could tell.
We couldn’t me more pumped for such a great competitor and even better guy. Keep grinding Craig and make everyone remember your name after that perfect introduction.
