One of the most influential game series of all time is returning – but this time with remastered versions of some of its best games. The Grand Theft Auto Remastered Trilogy is expected to release this fall on all consoles, including Switch. A PC version is expected in early 2022 (per Kotaku).
Every GTA fan should be THRILLED by this news. Fans have been clamoring for remastered versions of the PS2/Xbox-era games for years, and it finally seems like we’re getting our wish. GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas will make up the trilogy, and reports are saying that the graphics are much improved and gameplay is sticking to it’s original feel.
Between this news and the rumor that we may see a return of Modern Warfare 2 Remastered multiplayer added in the near future, gamers in search of some nostalgic action are in for a good few months.
Have a great weekend, and go play some video games.
