Tonight Judo Gold Medalist Kayla Harrison main events a decent Friday night card from PFL as their regular season rolls on.
Tonight’s card will see the Heavyweight and Women’s Lightweight division in action on the 8 fight undercard scheduled to start at 6PM ET on ESPN+. As soon as the last prelim bout wraps up you can tune into the main card on ESPN2 at 10PM.
The 4 fight main card will see two rescheduled matches as former UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony “Showtime” Pettis squares off with Raush Manfio. Pettis who had to pull out of their previously scheduled bout at PFL 4 will be looking to rebound from an upset loss Clay Collard at PFL 1.
Also looking to rebound from a loss at PFL 1 is former two time Featherweight tourney winner Lance Palmer. Palmer who’s coming off a loss to Bubba Jenkins is scheduled to face Movlid Khaybulaev in what should be a solid fight.
The PFL cards are always interesting. The pacing of each card is well. And the sports science-esque breakdown of everything going on in the cage is an interesting reminder of why most of us don’t have the heart to step into the cage.
So if you’re bored tonight and don’t want to rewatch Family Guy for the millionth time tune into ESPN2 for a solid night of fights!
Come for the name value, stay for the quality fights and presentation!
