Brad Stevens first two moves as the new GM seem to both be clear wins? Say it ain’t so!
The Kemba for Al trade is probably a net neutral this year but a plus for next year. This new coaching hire is a clear cut win, though. Udoka was one of the best coaches that were available, if not THE best. Some people may have wanted Becky Hammond, Carlisle, Billups, etc. and you can make the argument for any of those coaches. Udoka is not only a great coach but your young’s stars LOVE him.
Udoka separated himself quickly in Brad Stevens' search process, including significant support from Celtics players who were impressed with Udoka after working under him with Team USA in the World's. https://t.co/87p0Q02tkS

This is putting a lot of pressure on a first year Head Coach and GM but the Celtics might be two or so moves away from getting back to being a real contender.
You just LOVE to see it.
