You may not be focused on what’s going on with the rest of the Philadelphia Eagles right now because of you know, the whole needing a head coach thing.
But now that we have that somewhat important obstacles hurdled, it’s time to turn our attention elsewhere. Cre’Von LeBlanc, former practice squad unknown to somewhat of a folk hero in Philly, is a rapper now. LeBlanc’s year was cut short after he ended up on season ending IR with an ankle injury. Still pretty convinced LeBlanc on one leg is better than Nickell Robey-Coleman, but that’s not the point of this article.
With the free time, LeBlanc started his rapper career where he goes under the name ‘Strap’ (for obvious reasons). Here is the new music video for his single, “Rock N Roll”
And they said that this season was a bust. Jokes on them now!
Obviously the line that sticks out the most has to be the name drop of Eagles quarterback, Carson Wentz:
“I had them 11’s on bitch I feel like Carson Wentz/
If it don’t make money then it don’t make sense”
In the Wentz vs Hurts vs Foles debate, only one of them gets their name dropped on a track. Plus one for Carson here as he inches closer to coming back as the starter for the Eagles next year.
Congratulations to Strap for his new music career. When he picked off Drew Brees on the first play of the divisional round in the Super Dome, my mind was made up we were going back to the Super Bowl. Therefore, I am forever indebted to this man and will support any of his business pursuits.
