Bucs DC Todd Bowles Interviewing For Eagles HC Opening Today!

The Eagles are truly leaving no stone unturned.  It seems that Jeffrey Lurie and his team have been held up at his mansion in Palm Beach interviewing coach after coach after coach.

On Sunday there were reports that Patriots OC Josh McDaniels was at Lurie’s house for over 8 hours interviewing.

This morning reports are out that Todd Bowles, former head coach and now DC of the Bucs will be interviewing for Lurie for the Eagles HC opening.

Bowles played at Temple, graduating in 1985 and for a hot minute was the Eagles DC in 2012.

Bowles stock couldn’t be any higher than it is right now, after he put together a game plan to shut down the Saints offense and literally shut out Michael Thomas.

Do you want an offensive mind or defensive mind?  If a defensive coach is hired you have to be guaranteed a great OC and QB coach are coming with him.  I am sure all of Philadelphia would want to see who would be coming with Bowles to run the offense.

I believe this search will not end here and Lurie will be interviewing more coaches after Bowles leaves the mansion.
