I mean honestly, that music can only mean one thing! It is Kelsey’s Korner!
What is up everyone! I am Kelsey and I am the co-host for the Ginger Thread Podcast. Honestly, if you don’t know what Kelsey’s Korner is, let me give you the rundown on who I am and what my segment is about.
I am a 25-year-old, Teacher of the Blind/Visually Impaired at Overbrook School for the Blind in West Philadelphia and current grad student at Drexel University. So, yes I know braille and no I do not know sign language (even though I know the basics). I have been a cheerleader my whole life since I was 4 years old all the way to my senior year of college and now I am cheer coach at Overbrook.
You are now probably asking how or why would I even decided to join a podcast? Well, it is my love for the Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies. I love cheering on the hometown teams (except for football-sorry not sorry). I have always been a huge fan of the Flyers and Phillies. I even have random memories from when I was younger at the Spectrum Stadium and Veterans Stadium.
So, what is the deal with Kelsey’s Korner? For anyone who knows me, knows that I am always on my phone and up to date on social media. I live for knowing what is going on in the entertainment world hence my segment. In my little korner, you will get some talk that is not sports which Walsh has no idea who or what I am talking about. You want some comical relief make sure you listen to the Ginger Thread Podcast for all the red hot thoughts!
