The Flyers made some news today as they have decided to re-sign forward Oskar Lindblom to a new three year deal at $3 mil average annual value. Lindblom was in the middle of his best season when he was diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma and sidelined for the rest of the year. He recently completed his treatments and has even skated with the team. This contract is another positive sign that Lindblom is almost fully recovered and we could see him back maybe as early as next season. Flyers GM Chuck Fletcher also stated they are hoping to bring Oskar to Toronto to be in the bubble with his teammates.
Im fully convinced the boys in orange and black are winning the cup this year and they’re gonna do it for Oskar. #OskarStrong
