Read it. Consume it. Analyze it. We are so friggin back, baby. Despite the fluctuation the Sixers cause in my mental health, I miss these fuckers. Here’s what it’ll look like when they get back on the court:
Sixers seeding game schedule in Orlando:
— Indy (Sat 8/1, 7 pm)
— San Antonio (Mon 8/3, 8 pm)
— Washington (Wed 8/5, 4 pm)
— Orlando (Fri 8/7, 6:30 pm)
— Portland (Sun 8/9, 6:30 pm)
— Phoenix (Tue 8/11, 4:30 pm)
— Toronto (Wed 8/12, 6:30 pm)
— Houston (Fri 8/14, TBD)— Rich Hofmann (@rich_hofmann) June 26, 2020
Of the eight games remaining in the shortened regular season, three are against playoff teams. the highest ranked team they play during this stretch is Toronto.
No excuses available on helping their seeding with this one, especially given that they play the team in front of them in their opener, the Pacers.
I’m happy the Sixers are back. But I’ll admit this tweet was a glass shattering moment when I realized my mental health was better off during a global pandemic than it was watching the Sixers every other night:
I miss that special feeling that occurs right as the Sixers are blowing a 26-point lead in the third quarter when you start questioning the purpose of life and throw your remote through the wall.
