Rod has never been wrong before and I don’t expect him to start now. Smitty and the whole Gametime crew have done an amazing job building on Twitch for almost 3 years now, this is a big but natural next step. Big Cat being wildly popular on Twitch as well just shows us what we already knew, Barstool can and will succeed on any platform.
Right now the org is Call Of Duty focuses and will be Barstool employees but you know they’ll be looking to branch out soon and often. Expect signing streamers soon, expect expanding into different games. I can’t wait until I see them actually competing in organized leagues like CDL or LCS.
