MLB Proposes DH For Both Leagues This Season

AJ Torres

According to John Clark of NBC Sports, Joel Sherman MLB Network Insider has said the MLB is proposing a DH for both league to protect pitchers from possible injury. If true, this would be HUGE for the sport of baseball. It literally changes the history of the game. I am for the change because who doesn’t love more offensive fire power in a line up. My Phillies for example, it gives us the option to have Alec Bohm and Rhys Hoskins in the line up. That’s MAJOR power throughout the line up. If this gets passed through, we will see a historical number of home runs hit per game, and per season. Maybe not this year due to the season possibly being cut in half, but for years to come. Lets be honest, who doesn’t wanna see a zillion dingers hit a year?
