After lower back injury on Saturday, Ben Simmons underwent initial evaluation in Philadelphia today and will undergo further testing tomorrow, league sources tell ESPN. He will be out for Monday's game vs. Atlanta.

Simmons missed Thursday’s game against the Nets and left last nights game against the Bucks after only a few minutes. I’m not sure what happened, I don’t remember him being hurt before the ASG and he looked great in the game. Monday will basically be his 3rd missed game and after the Bucks game it might be more serious than we originally thought.
Report was every time Ben was subbed out he would go to the locker room to get looked at. If he can’t sit on the bench because he is hurt he shouldn’t be playing, Philly should riot if Brett Browns incompetence is going to make Simmons miss an extended period of time. He’s going to be re-evaluated but they’re going to need him next week especially if they want to sneak into home court for the playoffs.
Sixers have a light week this week with home games against Atlanta and New York, and a road game in Cleveland. But they play the Clippers Sunday and the Lakers next Tuesday in Los Angeles. https://t.co/HgFCwS5p1i
