What a tribute from the Sixers for Philly’s son Kobe Bryant, his daughter GiGi, and the seven others lost today. From the 9 silhouettes on the floor to the 9 bell rings, and the 33 second (9+24) moment of silence it was great. The National Anthem that capped it off was absolutely beautiful and perfect. And it only got better because when you hear “a 6’6 guard from Lower Merion High School” you immediately get chills. Awesome job Sixers! We’ll have a Mega Tribute blog after the game as they are supposed to be doing tributes to Kobe throughout.
The Lakers tribute is going to be ALL-TIME Friday!
