Monday Night Football is the last chance to win all that money back you lost from this weekend. So that is exactly what we are going to do.
Bears (-5.5) @ Redskins
The Bears have been like an allegation against Antonio Brown, there are two sides of the story. The Bears offense is absolutely putrid. Matt Nagy and Mitch Trubisky have combined for as much touchdowns as you reading this right now. The defense on the other hand is Top-5 in the NFL and continues to wreak havoc on opposing offenses. The Redskins on the other hand are a dumpster fire with gasoline continuing to be poured on it. Case Keenum turned one surprising Vikings season into $15 million extra in career earnings. Trent Williams is still holding out. 87 year old Adrian Peterson has taken over for Derius Guice who hurt his knee again and will probably be out for the second straight season. Jay Gruden is 3/1 to be the first coach fired and the Bears most likely put the nail in the coffin tonight.
Mitch Trubisky, who the Bears traded up 1 pick for over Pat Mahomes and Deshaun Watson, needs to figure it out. This is a good game for him to do just that. The last two weeks he played two top defenses in the Packers and Broncos. This week he goes up against a defense missing their best player in Trent Williams and rank 30th in Team Defense. Trubisky will dial it in tonight and lead the Bears to victory in a snooze fest alike last Monday’s Jets/Browns game. Also, grab that Jay Gruden 3/1 first coach fired odds.
Pick: Bears -5.5 (-110)
Total: 41
No chance this game goes over. Like I said Mitch, who was drafted ahead of Deshaun Watson and MVP Pat Mahomes, will turn it on and the Bears will win by 10+, but the total will still go Under 41. I don’t know if the Redskins score over 14 points with this dominant Bears defense. My final score is 30-10 Bears jussssst sneaking in on that Under.
Pick: Under 41 (-110)
Props I love:
Mitch Trubisky over 1.5 passing TDs (+120)
1st Quarter Moneyline (3 Way): Bears (+110)
