Kutztown University: “KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Redshirt-senior quarterback Collin DiGalbo (Secane, Pa./Monsignor Bonner) of the Kutztown University football team tied a career-high with six offensive touchdowns and accounted for 352 total yards in leading KU to a season-opening 54-16 victory over Assumption last Saturday. For his efforts, DiGalbo was voted week one’s Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East Offensive Athlete of the Week, announced Monday.”
Alright Town! 54-16 beat down, over 620 yards and 30 first downs. Get off the tracks when the Golden Bear train is rolling through. Just going to call it now, Kutztown 11-0, average 50 ppg all season and cruise to the National Championship. Assumption was simply the first step to pure domination this year. 2019 is the Chinese year of the pig and you know what bears do to pigs? They eat them alive with no mercy.
Also complete side note. Kutztown in the fall is the greatest place on earth. The way the town looks and smells. That old small town feel with the crispy chill in the air. I’d put Kutztown up against any town in the world for the top fall town crown. Sweatshirts and shorts szn is upon us people. Embrace it’s beauty.
