Daily Mail: “Police in the Dominican Republic believe former Boston Red Sox star David ‘Big Papi’ Ortiz was shot by two cops hired by a Dominican Republic drug lord who believed the baseball player was having an affair with his wife, DailyMail.com has learned.
Three law enforcement sources confirmed the motive on Monday as Ortiz, 43, recovered in the hospital.
The drug lord has not been named.“
The David Ortiz saga keeps getting wilder. Reports from Daily Mail are saying now that Ortiz was shot because he was having an affair with a drug lord’s wife. In fucking sane. It was clear from the surveillance video that this was no robbery and there was more at play. An affair involving a drug lord was not exactly what we all had in mind.
This video is allegedly of his mistress and wife fighting after the shooting has taken place.
