With Tuesday marking the sixth Patriots parade since 2001 it’s safe to say we know what we’re doing when it comes to celebrating. Gronk knows the shirt needs to come off…
We know the linemen are going to let it rip chugging beers…
And every player knows to keep their head on a swivel for incoming beers and nips.
Parades have become so routine, in fact, that Patriots fans have kicked it up a notch and added saving lives to the list of priorities mid-celebration.
That’s right, while other cities are out flipping cars, pulling down light posts and destroying your city, we’ve realized that’s simply not sustainable when there’s a parade every few months. So we not only don’t destroy the city anymore, we save lives.
Pushing that ambulance out of the mud so it could go save lives is what being a Patriot is all about. I can’t wait to see how many lost puppies and cats in trees will be saved at the Bruins and Celtics parades in the Spring.
