During the Chombueng marathon in Ratchaburi, Thailand a runner named Khemjira Klongsanun spotted the cutest dog you have ever seen in your life when she was just 7 miles into the marathon. I’m not sure why, but people were trying to just get by the puppy. I wouldn’t trust anyone on that marathon trail that did not immediately stop and try to steal this dog before this lady got him. There are like 3 people in every marathon that actually have a shot at winning. Everyone else is just trying to finish. You may want to get a personal best or prove that you’ve been training for months but anyone with any type of soul would do what Khemjira did here. You pick that fucking puppy up and run the rest of the marathon with it. In 10 years you aren’t going to be like oh I’m so glad I ran my personal best marathon back in 2019, you’re going to be like that’s how I met my adorable pup.
Running almost 20 miles carrying dog was truly a challenge. It was two times tiring than a normal marathon but I did it anyway just because he is adorable. –RunnersWorld
I don’t want to be rude to whatever fitness level this girl is at, but this puppy looks like it weighs like 2 lbs max. It’s probably terrified from everyone running in large groups, yelling and cheering. He’s probably wondering why he’s out here fulfilling this lady’s sense of self when he really could use a bath and some puppy chow. I mean, look how exhausted he is after the 20 miles.
Some things are just fate, and it seemed pretty meant to be for these two.
It took a lot of time to take the new dog for checkups, vaccinations, and treatments but I’m glad to save him and willing to have him with other dog members in the family.
I’m assuming something is lost in translation here because the normal thing to say would just be “have you seen this face?” and drop the mic. You don’t just run by this guy.
Chombueng the pup now lives with this girl and her two other dogs. I imagine this as the ending to The Secret Life of Pets 2.
