Wow, heroic. What an iconic game from Joel Embiid to play nearly on his death-bed. Many people don’t understand how tough this man is, to do what he does night after night, never surrender and never give up. Tonight, however, was something that we will tell our grandkids about, and they will tell their grandkids about. It’s a story that will live on when our bones are good and gone. It’s something I know I’ll never forget. On December 10th, 2018, game 28 of the Sixers 82 game season, Embiid’s 24 point 8 rebound game against the Detroit Pistons.
