The one day streak of perfect attendance at Patriots practice is over and I’m only slightly concerned.
The most important player on the Patriots roster approaching the playoff push may actually be Trey Flowers and coincidentally he was the one player missing from Friday’s practice. It’s a little strange because he hasn’t actually been on the injury report for the rest of the week so let’s try to be optimistic that he’s just got a cold or maybe even having a kid.
Flowers has been the biggest playmaker at the biggest moments and I’m really hoping the Patriots give him the Dont’a Hightower treatment this offseason instead of the Wes Welker treatment.
The Pats will definitely need him this Sunday against the Vikings so I’ll be refreshing my Twitter feed until then.
