After Dropping 50 Last Night It’s Time To Ask, Is Derrick Rose The Most Selfish Player In The NBA?

Derrick Rose, after years of injuries and fighting back, he returned to MVP form last night and dropped 50. Might be the storyline of the season if he can keep this up. It is the ultimate feel good story right? Wrong. Just take a look at this

653 DRIBBLES IN ONE GAME?!!?!!?? Are you kidding me? I’m not even sure Allen Iverson was dribbling that much and he was crushed for being a ball hog. Derrick Rose was only thinking about one person; and that’s Derrick Rose. Also guess who is in the last year of their contract hmmmmmmmm…….coincidence? I think not. Rose is trying to buffer those stats.

The game ends, Rose forces all of his teammates to walk over to him and makes himself the center of attention. How about having some humility? Bro you scored 50 points out of 128. That’s not even 40% of your team’s total scoring, chill. Kobe Bryant’s 81 game was 66% of his team’s total scoring and he was a +25. That is how you play team ball, take notes DERRICK.

Also, he didn’t even have a double-double. Talk about not putting in a full effort. KAT is out here putting up points, grabbing rebounds, steals and blocks. Or what about Josh Okogie? He lead the team with a +12!! Show some respect for a guy that made his entire team around him better while he was on the court.

I hope this doesn’t continue. Rose could be a really great player if he’d just take a step back and put his team first. This game might have been the wake up call he needed.
