Ladies and gentlemen…
Yes. They did it again.
America’s Team… The Kutztown Golden Bears won again and moved to 7-0 on the season.
KUTZTOWN PA THRIVES AS FOOTBALL TOWN USA!!
The team rolled into Shippensburg last Saturday to keep their special season alive. The #15 team in the country is focused and in no way was going to let “Ship Happen”
However Ship would not just lay down and die. The Bears knew they would be in a fight all game… And they were.
kubears.com “Trailing 21-14 with Shippensburg looking for more points before the half, Nyiem Nevarez (Effort, Pa./Pleasant Valley) blocked a Red Raider field goal attempt, which Ahkee Cox-Cowan (Harrisburg, Pa./Harrisburg) scooped up for a 74-yard touchdown to tie the score at 21 at the break. Then, tied 28-28 with nine minutes to go, Kutztown put together a seven-play, 84-yard drive in the fourth quarter to go ahead 35-28, a lead it wouldn’t relinquish.”

Great running backs can be bottled up by a good defense. Our guy Craig Reynolds was held to 21 yards rushing and 46 yards receiving. However the best ones, which Reynolds is, find a way to impact the game.
And he did…
Reynolds THREW for his first career touchdown as well as had a receiving touchdown. The best of the best may be get bottled up… But never held down!
