So about last week… Again, I am yet to be wrong, but don’t worry about what I said last week.

On Sunday… As soon as they showed Conor McGregor with Jerry Jones it was over. Cowboys by a billion. Cowboys win the division. Cowboys to the playoffs. Cowboys win the Super Bowl. Book it, bet on it… Take it to the bank.

Jerry Jones and Conor McGregor joining forces is like Kenny Powers and Ashley Schaeffer coming together. “Let the boy watch!” They go together like peanut butter and jelly. It’s magical a thing to see and hear…
…The complete opposite of Jason Witten on Monday Night Football.
The Cowboys took the passion and energy of the Notorious Conor McGregor… Turned AT&T Stadium into the octagon and beat the living hell out of Blake Bortles and the Jacksonville Jaguars from start to finish.
I think Conor also turned around the offensive coaching staff. Jason Garrett started clapping and Conor said “SHUT THE FOOK UP… RUN DAK!” I’m not sure if Clappy Garrett was scared or convinced…
But he listened.
Dak had a day, especially on the ground. He looked more like the QB we all loved in 2016 than the guy Cowboys fans have been trying to run out of the building lately.
Dak again didn’t throw over 200 yards. (which is amazing since they put up 40) However it was ok, he had a very Tebowish “let’s just win the game” approach.
Dak was 17 for 27 for 183 yards, 2 touchdowns and 0 interceptions. Nothing terribly amazing but efficient. He had a QBR of 94.7 and a total rating of 107.5. But where he really thrived was running the ball..
TEBOW.. TEBOW.. TEBOW!!

He extended plays, got out of bad situations and kept the chains moving all game. He ran for a career high 82 yards on 11 carries and 1 touchdown. I’ll take that kind of game all year from him.
Run @Dak run…all the way to the 🏡

His leading receiver was Cole Beasley. He looked unguardable again yesterday. That vaunted Jags Defense didn’t have an answer. He had 9 catches for 101 yards and 2 touchdowns. He made big catch after big catch throughout the game.
Too much sauce..
Swaim was the only other pass catcher to have more than 1 catch, with 2 for 21. Gallup, Rico, Zeke, Thompson, Tavon and Olawale each recoded one catch.
Speaking of Zeke… He had another great game on the ground. He ran for 106 yards and a touchdown on 24 carries. He was pounding the rock all game and finally broke the Jags will with some big runs late in the ball game.

Breaking the Jags will? The Cowboys (combination of the 85 Bears and 00 Ravens) Defense did it all game to the Jags Offense. Seemed like they went 3 and 0 on their first 10 possessions. The defense didn’t give an inch.
They held Bortles to 149 yards in the air. Their leading rusher Yeldon had 41 yards and their leading receiver Cole had 41 yards. You won’t win like that. The Cowboys D also forced 2 turnovers, 1 INT and 1 Fumble.
The young, fast, hard hitting Dallas linebackers led the way again. LVE has 11 total tackles 7 being solo. Jaylon Smith was flying all over the field again and recoded 9 total tackles and 6 being solo.
Randy Gregory even joined the party… He had 3 total tackles, all solo… 2 tackles for loss and a sack. Thank you sir may we have another. (Game like that) Collins also added a sack and Crawford/Woods joined forces for .5 sack each… Giving the team 3 on the day.

Byron Jones played another fantastic game at corner. Jourdan Lewis and Anthony Brown also both played their best games of the season. Don’t ever sleep on this defense NFL.. They are young, fast, physical and Kris Richard is bringing the dogs.
Oh yeah one last thing… Remember when the sky was falling because Dallas released Dan Bailey… Well again, maybe they knew something we didn’t.
Brett Maher was perfect again. 4 for 4 on field goals with a long of 55 yards. As well as 4 for 4 on extra points. Since missing his first kick of the season the kid is 13 for 13 on FG attempts.
The Dallas Cowboys are now 3-3. Tied with the defending Super Bowl Champion Philadelphia Eagles. They now go on the road to the pig pen to take on the first place Redskins. I wouldn’t want to be a Washington fan this week knowing the hottest team in football is coming over for a party Sunday..
GO COWBOYS!!
NFL: Officially on notice.
