Welcome to another Friday edition of… The Branded Hour. Where we are in search of “The Perfect 30” We are doing some very hard research to give you the top notch grades of the best Happy Hour’s around. (Remember if there’s one thing here at Branded Sports that we know besides sports, it’s Bars.)

There are five Bokamper’s locations, Miramar, Plantation, Naples, Estero and Ft. Lauderdale. (Also Bo’s Beach Club… Coming soon.)

All of their locations are awesome, but this Branded Hour Review is focusing on their Ft. Lauderdale location.

First let me say, I love this place. My father lives in Ft. Lauderdale and every time I am there… Bokamper’s is a must, there’s not even a debate.

The first time I was there was for the USA vs Belgium World Cup game 4 years ago. And oh my god what a scene. It was packed, red white and blue as far as you can see. People eating, people drinking, people cheering, people having an amazing time. Because you can only have an amazing time there.

You can NOT beat this place as a sports bar. There is a HUGE inside bar area, a big dinning area and then another HUGE outside area with tables and another large bar.

You want TV’s… You got them. Everywhere you look. If you told me they had 2000 TV’s in the place I would think you were underselling it. Every size, every sports game… Everything a sports bar needs with TV’s.

The drinks are amazing. Every time we go my wife has gotten a different mixed drink and has never be disappointed. There seems to be like a billion beers on tap and in bottles, so again… Everything a sports bar needs in terms of alcohol.

And the food… Wow. It’s not just typical “sports bar food” this place is a legit restaurant. They have burgers, they have wings, they have sushi they have a raw bar. Really… Anything you want.

Happy Hour is from 4-6 Monday through Friday. They offer 50% apps at the bar.

Oh yeah almost forgot… It’s located right on the intracoastal. It’s a a beautiful view. You can pull your boat right up or take the intracoastal taxi boat there… BOOM!

GRADES (All out of 30.)

Alcohol: Like I said they have almost every beer known to man. The mixed drinks are amazing. They have unbelievable specials, including that ALL DAY Happy Hour. Score: 9.9

Food: They have almost anything you want. The burgers are great, the sushi is so fresh and the salads are great too. Just going to Happy Hour.. Boom awesome apps. Want to sit down for a meal, delicious. Score: 9.8

Atmosphere: Perfect is the word I’d use. Right on the water. You can’t turn without seeing a TV. It’s HUGE, it’s clean, it’s fun and friendly. Whether it’s packed for a World Cup game/Sunday Football or a quiet late night happy hour on Monday it’s fantastic. Score: 10

Bonus: The staff. I have never met a bartender or waitress there that wasn’t pleasant. It seems that they love working there and it really adds to the experience.

Overall Score: 29.7 out of 30. DAMN!!

I couldn’t recommend going there anymore. If you are in Ft. Lauderdale it is a must. If you are around one of the other four locations.. GO!

You won’t be disappointed.
