These days when you walk around Boston it’s hard not breathe in the smell of victory. The Red Sox, Patriots, Celtics and Bruins are all in positions to contend for a championship.
It’s a hell of a time to be a Boston fan. However, this weekend at TPC Boston the fans won’t be getting rowdy for Mookie. Not Kyrie. Not even Brady. No, this weekend Boston is tuned into one man.
Tiger Woods.

Everyone here would love to claim the spot as the official point at which Tiger finally finishes first. Especially considering this is the final year of TPC being on the tour consecutive years.
But this optimism of Tiger completing his climb of back-ness in Boston isn’t blind faith. The numbers don’t lie in Boston. That applies to Tiger as well.
🐅 @TigerWoods' best results at TPC Boston:
• One win
• Two T2's
• One solo 3rdhttps://t.co/94SDeB9eoF— PGA TOUR (@PGATOUR) August 29, 2018
It’s time for a Tiger win. And it’s the place for him to do it.
